| DELIVERY CHARGES
Our standard delivery charge within Northern Ireland is £9.95 per item, if
your order is for three items or more the total charge is £24.95 no matter
how many items you choose.
For delivery outside N.I. we will e-mail with quote prior to your order being
accepted / processed so that we can obtain the most advantageous quote for
you at the time of order
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver most items within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days
in case of any delay. If your order is delayed we will advise you and keep
you updated. Deliveries take place weekdays, 9am - 5pm
Our two man delivery service ensures you receive your products in perfect
condition and is available for deliveries within N.I. You will be notified
in advance of the day of delivery
Please advise us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to be present for your
delivery or a £35 failed delivery charge may be levied.
Please ensure that furniture will fit into the room for which it is intended
and that it will fit through all access points to the room.
You will be called / e-mailed prior to delivery to confirm your delivery date
and be allocated a 4 hour time slot.
All furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice and can be unpacked
and positioned where required if requested.
As we want you to be delighted with everything you buy from Furniture-NI,
you will be invited to inspect the goods before accepting delivery. If you
are not satisfied at the point of delivery, our delivery team will remove the
item/s for replacement.
We regret that we do not refund delivery charges. We will replace any faulty
item without any further delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If for any reason, you require to return any goods, these must be advised
to us / received by us within 7 days of delivery.

If you require us to return at a later date to collect items that were accepted,
you may be charged £35 to cover the cost of collection. Please contact customer
service by email to arrange collection. Service@Furniture-NI.com
If you use a carrier to return items, we recommend that you send items by
an online traceable service and advise us of the details of the service used
and tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
We will confirm your return has been received and you will receive your refund
credit within 1 to 2 weeks after the goods have been received by us.
Please note that credit for items bought as presents can only be given to
the original purchaser.
Personalised items are not returnable unless faulty.
Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is partially or fully
completed unless faulty.
Made to order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition that
they were received
For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once unwrapped. |
